10.4. Cancellation of a transaction without defect will incur a cancellation fee of up to 5% or 100 NIS, whichever is lower.

10.5. The return will be sent by registered mail with tracking. A refund will be given within 7 business days of receiving the product.

10.6. Custom-made products are not returnable except in the event of a defect.

11. Warranty and Limitations

11.1. The images on the site are for illustration purposes only — there may be differences between the image and the actual product.
